Data we will delete

  • Your feedback message held in the developer support inbox.
  • Your optional reply email included with that feedback.
  • The attached Maslak version, Android version, and device manufacturer/model.
  • Developer-controlled replies or support notes tied to the request.

Data you delete on your device

  • Delete individual downloaded map regions inside Maslak.
  • Use Android Settings → Apps → Maslak → Storage → Clear storage to remove all local app data.
  • Uninstalling Maslak also removes app-controlled local maps, routing indexes, and preferences.

Data Maslak does not keep in an account

Accounts
Maslak does not create or store account credentials, profiles, or cloud-synced navigation history.
Online search and routes
Maslak does not store search queries or route coordinates on developer-controlled servers. Online requests go directly to Photon, OSRM, and OpenFreeMap, whose independent server logs are governed by their own policies.
Location history
Maslak does not maintain a developer-accessible location-history database, so there is no Maslak location-history record for us to retrieve or delete.

Retention after a request

Developer-controlled feedback is deleted within 30 days of a valid request. We may retain only information legally required to document or comply with the request, and only for the required period.
