Delete your Oinordetza account and data
Delete inside the app
- Open Oinordetza → Settings.
- If you opened an estate, archive it and choose Permanently close estate first. This prevents one owner from silently deleting records that other members still rely on.
- Choose Delete my account, type DELETE, then confirm Delete account.
The server removes your sign-in and memberships, and the app clears its authorised local cache.
Request deletion without the app
Email from the address used for the account, with “Oinordetza account deletion request” as the subject and that account email in the message. We may reply only to verify account ownership.
What is deleted
- Account email, display name, password-verification data, active sessions, encrypted notification tokens, and active estate memberships.
- Authorised local account, estate cache, app-lock setting, and sealed-reveal material on the device when deletion completes in the app.
What may remain
- Shared estate and audit entries needed by other members remain under a non-identifying Deleted account label.
- Reports or evidence may be retained where reasonably necessary for child safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or disputes.
- A permanently closed estate retains only the minimum auditable closed record described in the Privacy Policy; it is no longer active or editable.
