Oinordetza Privacy Policy
1. Who provides Oinordetza

2. What the app does
Oinordetza lets invited family members prepare a private estate folio, record settlement amounts and heirs, compare exact fractional shares across supported Sunni schools, catalogue estate objects, approve shared records, and run a sealed allocation round. It is an organisational and educational tool, not a fatwa, court order, or substitute for a qualified scholar or lawyer.
3. Account and authentication data
To provide a private shared estate, we process your email address, display name, a randomly salted and server-peppered password-verification hash, session identifiers, and account timestamps. The password itself is never stored. Notification registration tokens are encrypted at rest.
4. Shared estate data
Depending on what members enter, the service stores estate title and status, member names and roles, settlement amounts, heir relationships and qualifying facts, school comparisons, asset names, values, notes and photos, approvals, sealed commitments and reveals, allocations, audit events, reports, and blocks. This information may concern other people, so only enter information you are authorised to share.
5. Camera, photos, and notifications
- Camera: requested only when you choose to photograph an estate object. The app captures a full-resolution image to app-controlled temporary storage before you decide to upload it. You may use the system photo picker or add no photo instead.
- Photos: uploaded object photos are held in private cloud storage and delivered through authenticated, short-lived access. They are not public gallery posts.
- Notifications: optional on supported Android versions. Firebase Cloud Messaging may deliver estate-update alerts. Denying this permission does not prevent normal app use.
6. Device and integrity information
Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity helps distinguish the genuine app from automated or modified clients. Google may process app, device, and integrity signals under its own terms. Oinordetza sends the resulting App Check token to its API; the token is checked but not used for advertising or profiling.
7. Local storage
The app keeps an authorised Room database cache for reliable use, plus local session, app-lock settings, and the private reveal secret needed for your sealed allocation. An optional Oinordetza PIN is stored only as a salted hash. Biometric matching is performed by Android. Android cloud backup is disabled for this app.
8. Service providers and international processing
- Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2: authenticated API processing, structured estate records, and private photos.
- Google Firebase: App Check and optional Firebase Cloud Messaging.
These providers may process data in countries other than yours. Their contractual and technical safeguards apply to their infrastructure.
9. How information is used and shared
Information is used only to authenticate members, operate private estates, calculate and preserve results, synchronise changes, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, investigate reports, provide exports, and secure the service. Estate content is shared only with members of that estate and authorised service providers. We do not sell personal data and use no advertising or analytics SDK.
10. Moderation and child safety
Every shared object, note, and photo has reporting controls, and members can block another member’s contributed notes and photos. A report hides the item for that reporter; two independent reports quarantine it for the estate. Safety and legal records may be preserved where required. See the separate Child Safety Standards.
11. Retention, export, and deletion
Active estate data is retained while the estate is open. Members can export a machine-readable copy in Settings. Owners can archive and permanently close an estate. Account deletion removes sign-in data, sessions, notification tokens, and active memberships, then clears authorised local data. Shared audit history is kept only under a non-identifying “Deleted account” label so other members’ records remain coherent. Reports or evidence may be retained when reasonably required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
Delete in Oinordetza → Settings → Delete my account, or follow the public account-deletion instructions. An owner must archive and permanently close each estate they opened before deleting the account.
12. Your controls
- Choose whether to add photos and whether to allow notifications.
- Report content, block members, withdraw where the estate state permits, and export account data.
- Revoke camera or notification permission in Android Settings.
- Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing the address below.
13. Children
Oinordetza is designed for adults managing an estate and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly permit child sexual abuse or exploitation content. If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the relevant child-protection authority.
14. Security and limits
We use authenticated membership checks, encrypted transport, encrypted notification tokens, private object storage, revision checks, audit events, and App Check. No service can guarantee absolute security. Keep estate invitations, passwords, and app-lock credentials private.
15. Changes and contact
