Delete your Koldari account and data

Koldari supports deletion inside the app and through a verified email request. No subscription cancellation or payment step is involved.

Delete inside Koldari

1. Sign in to Koldari.
2. Open Relay hub → Data controls.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and submit the request.

The secure service verifies the current Firebase identity. It then removes the profile, device and notification tokens, invitations, blocks, active assignments, and authentication account as the deletion job completes.

Last-owner requirement

If you are the only active owner of a workspace, transfer ownership to another active member or delete that workspace before deleting your account. This prevents an organization from being left without an accountable owner.

Delete an entire workspace

1. Open Data controls.
2. Choose Delete workspace.
3. Type the workspace name exactly and submit.

Only an active owner can request this action. A server tombstone blocks new commands before resumable cleanup removes members, shipments, events, reports, exports, invitations, tokens, receipts, and queued jobs. A verifier completes the process and records a deletion receipt.

If you cannot access the app

Email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com from the email address used for your Koldari account. Use the subject Koldari account deletion. We may request a limited identity-verification step before acting so that another person cannot delete your account.

What may remain

• An organization may retain accepted operational events for its selected 30, 90, or 365-day period. After account deletion, these records use a pseudonymous actor digest rather than the deleted profile.
• Replay-prevention receipt digests may remain for up to 30 days.
• Narrow records may be retained where reasonably required for security, abuse prevention, dispute handling, child safety, or a legal obligation.

Local shipment cache, queued commands, and drafts are cleared when you sign out. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling also removes local data.
