Child Safety Standards — Koldari
1) Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Koldari prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We also prohibit grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, requests for exploitative material, links to such material, and any conduct that facilitates or normalizes abuse of a child.
These standards apply to every member display name, workspace or shipment label, protocol reference, operational note, exception note, disposition note, report, and other content entered into Koldari.
2) Product audience and access
Koldari is a private cold-chain operations tool intended for adult workplace teams. It has no public feed, public profile discovery, direct messaging, image upload, or location sharing. Authentication and an active workspace membership are required before shared records can be read.
3) Prevention and safeguards
- Firebase identity and an active, role-scoped workspace membership are required.
- Shared-state changes pass through a validated, rate-limited edge and a server-authoritative role check; the Android client cannot grant itself privileges.
- Firestore Security Rules prevent cross-workspace reads and direct client writes to shared operational or moderation records.
- Every shipment and member has an in-app report action. Members can also block another member from direct assignment interactions.
- Owners and coordinators have a restricted report queue and can warn or suspend a non-owner member while preserving the accepted audit history.
- A dedicated Child Safety screen remains available under Audit & safety.
4) How to report
- Shipment or operational record: open its inspector, choose Report record, select the closest category, and submit any useful context.
- Member: open Team access, select the member, then choose Report member. Choose Block assignments when needed.
- Email: contact the Koldari child-safety point of contact at www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.
- Immediate danger: contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
- United States reports: suspected online child exploitation may be reported through the NCMEC CyberTipline.
5) Review and enforcement
Safety reports are restricted to the reporter and authorized reviewers. Depending on the evidence and applicable law, we may warn or suspend access, preserve relevant records, restrict a workspace, remove unlawful material during cleanup, and report suspected child exploitation to the appropriate authorities. Operational history is not silently rewritten to conceal a reported event. Knowingly false or abusive reports may also result in access action.
6) Cooperation and evidence
We will comply with valid legal requests and report apparent CSAM or child exploitation when required by applicable law. We limit preserved or disclosed data to what is reasonably relevant to safety, security, abuse prevention, or the legal request.
