These standards apply to Gairmean, developed by Saifullah Ahad, including household names, introductions, voice calls and safety reports.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited
Gairmean prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sexual content involving children, trafficking, and any conduct that endangers a child. Harassment, threats and attempts to use introductions to contact unknown children are also prohibited. Do not use Gairmean for these purposes.
Introduce only people you know
Both people must compare the introduction digits in person. Do not accept a stranger's code. Adults should supervise introductions and calls involving children. The app has no public directory, searchable profiles, public posts or open chat rooms.
Block and report
Open the phone's household details and choose Block this phone to stop calls involving that phone on your installation. Choose Report a concern, or open Settings → Child safety, to prepare a report in your email app. Review and send the draft yourself. You may also contact www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com directly.
Describe the concern without including recordings, explicit material or identifying details about a child. Never forward CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted adult. The developer mailbox is not an emergency response service.
Response and legal cooperation
Saifullah Ahad reviews safety reports, provides appropriate blocking and safety guidance, and investigates information voluntarily supplied. The developer will comply with applicable child-safety laws and report confirmed CSAM or other reportable child exploitation to the relevant regional authority as legally required. Necessary report evidence may be retained for investigation and legal compliance.
Gairmean does not record calls or operate a call server, and the developer cannot inspect encrypted calls, remotely erase another household's records, or centrally suspend a device. Blocking is enforced on each participating phone. This limitation does not permit prohibited conduct.
