Delete your Aikaisin account and data
Aikaisin uses an anonymous device credential rather than a name, email login, or social profile. The fastest and safest deletion method is the signed control inside the app.
Delete inside Aikaisin
- Open Aikaisin on the device whose data you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Under Data controls, tap Delete my data.
- Read the confirmation and tap Delete permanently.
The signed request removes that device’s active server fields, signed events, and moderation reports it submitted; revokes its neighbourhood membership and anonymous device credential; clears the local field graph, history, blocks, weather cache, preferences, and app-lock state; and returns Aikaisin to onboarding.
What may remain
- Minimal anonymous device and membership revocation records remain so a deleted credential cannot be replayed or used to re-enter a neighbourhood.
- Neighbourhood records, coarse weather-cell cache, and observations created by other members remain for those members.
- Narrow records may be preserved when reasonably required for abuse prevention, child safety, security, dispute handling, or a legal obligation.
If you cannot access the app
Email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com with the subject Aikaisin data deletion. Because Aikaisin has no email-linked account, we will never ask for your PIN, password, exact location, or private key. We may need a limited proof from the original installation before deleting an anonymous credential; without proof, we cannot safely delete another member’s data. We will respond with the available deletion path.
Clearing Android storage or uninstalling first removes the credential needed to authenticate server deletion. Use the in-app deletion control before uninstalling whenever possible.
Timing
Authenticated in-app deletion is processed immediately. A valid assisted request is handled as soon as identity proof is complete and normally within 30 days.
