Child Safety Standards - Vurnela
1) Commitment
Vurnela is a live paperwork guidance app for two people who know each other. Saifullah Ahad maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, and any use of Vurnela to endanger a child.
2) Prohibited conduct
- Creating, requesting, sharing, or facilitating CSAM or CSAE.
- Grooming, coercing, exploiting, or sexually soliciting a minor.
- Using a live session, paper view, checklist, or session code to stalk, harm, or exploit a child.
- Threatening, impersonating, or pressuring a child or another participant.
3) In-app safeguards and reporting
Every active session has a Safety screen with a report action and a device-level block action. A participant can leave at any time. To report suspected child exploitation or a safety concern, use the in-app Safety screen or email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com. Do not include document images in an email report.
4) Enforcement
We review reports promptly. We may block a reported session, restrict access where technically possible, preserve only information required by law, and report apparent CSAE or CSAM to relevant authorities or reporting bodies as required. Vurnela does not keep document frames, stills, raw audio, or annotations after delivery.
