Adults hold the record

Titipan is for adults aged 18 and over. A child may be the beneficiary described in a record, but does not use an account before adulthood. There is no public feed, discovery, stranger chat or public profile.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of children, trafficking and any facilitation of these activities are prohibited. Do not create, store or share such content through Titipan. Harassment, threats and unauthorized disclosure of a child’s personal information are also prohibited.

Report a concern

Use Contents → Child Safety in the app, or email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com. This is the developer’s child-safety point of contact. Include a brief description and a random account code only if useful. Do not email abusive images, recovery shares, private keys or identity documents.

Response

The developer reviews reports, takes action on service data under the developer’s control, and reports confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Record contents are encrypted and independent recipients hold their own copies; the developer cannot inspect or remotely remove those copies. If a child faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority.

Minimize children’s information

Adults must have authority to keep the record and share only what is necessary with people they know. A child’s name, birth month and account details should never be published. Recovery shares must only be released after a holder has met and confirmed the adult beneficiary.
