Privacy Policy - PaceLattice
PaceLattice works fully offline. It does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. Your planning settings, activities, day plans, check-ins, and optional notes stay on your device unless you deliberately export a JSON backup through Android's system document picker.
1) Who we are
PaceLattice is provided by Saifullah Ahad. Website: saifullah.ai. Privacy contact: www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.
2) What the app stores
PaceLattice stores the information you choose to enter: ordinary-day capacity and reserve settings, reusable activity names and notes, activity duration, demand and recovery values, scheduled day blocks, completion state, capacity check-ins, symptom-pressure values, and optional check-in notes. These records are stored in the app's private Room database on your Android device.
3) Permissions and connectivity
PaceLattice requests no runtime permissions. It does not request INTERNET, network-state, location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, health, notification, or advertising-ID permission. The app has no account, cloud service, analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, tracking, or billing SDK.
4) How calculations work
Capacity, load, reserve, recovery-spacing, and seven-day insight values are calculated locally from the information you enter. They are planning cues, not clinical measurements. PaceLattice is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
5) JSON backup and restore
When you export a backup, PaceLattice creates a human-readable JSON file and asks you to choose its destination with Android's system save picker. The app does not upload the file. When you import a PaceLattice backup, the file you select replaces the app's current local workspace. After export, you control the backup file and any later storage or sharing through apps and services you choose.
6) Data sharing and disclosure
We do not receive or share your PaceLattice data because the app does not transmit it to us. Data leaves the app only through a user-directed export. Android document providers or other apps you choose to store or share an exported file operate under their own privacy policies.
7) Retention and deletion
Records remain on your device until you delete an activity or day block, replace the workspace by importing a backup, clear PaceLattice's app storage, or uninstall the app. A JSON backup saved outside the app remains at the location you selected until you delete it separately.
8) Security
PaceLattice uses Android app-private storage for its database and disables Android cloud backup. No security measure can protect an unlocked, compromised, or shared device in every circumstance. Use a device lock and keep Android updated when entries include sensitive health or routine information.
9) Children's privacy
PaceLattice is a general self-management planning tool and is not directed to children under 13. Because the app has no server connection, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other user.
10) International transfers
PaceLattice does not transfer app data internationally because it has no server connection and does not transmit user records.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when PaceLattice changes. The current version will remain available at privacy.saifullah.ai/pacelattice.html, with the effective date updated above.
12) Contact
