NUQT Privacy Policy

Summary

NUQT does not require an account and does not include advertising or analytics. Learning progress, bookmarks, notes, settings, camera frames, and practice recordings are kept on your device and are not collected by the developer.

The only information sent to the developer is information you deliberately submit through the optional feedback form. Optional Quran resources are downloaded only when you request them.

Information stored on your device

• Learning progress, review history, streaks, and curriculum position.
• Bookmarks, memorization status, private reflections, and reading position.
• Language, display, playback, reminder, and reading preferences.
• Quran audio, translations, tafsir, or page resources you choose to download.

This local information is not transmitted to the developer. You can remove it by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Microphone and pronunciation practice

When you start a pronunciation exercise, NUQT uses the microphone to record that attempt and perform pronunciation analysis on your device. The recording is used for the active practice flow and is not uploaded to the developer or a cloud speech service. You can deny microphone access and continue using reading and lesson features.

Camera and letter recognition

The optional scanner uses the camera to identify Arabic letters. Camera frames are processed on your device and are not uploaded or retained by the developer. You can deny camera access without affecting other learning features.

Optional downloads and network access

NUQT includes its core Quran text and learning content. If you request additional recitation audio, tafsir editions, translations, or page resources, the app connects over HTTPS to the displayed content source or NUQT's static content host. The selected files are saved locally so the app can use them later.

Standard internet infrastructure may temporarily process technical connection information such as your IP address when delivering a requested file. NUQT does not use this activity for advertising, profiling, or analytics.

Optional feedback

If you choose “Send feedback” in the About Developer screen, NUQT sends the message you enter and, if supplied, your reply email address. The submission also includes the NUQT app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model so the report can be diagnosed.

Feedback is transmitted securely to Web3Forms, which acts as a delivery service provider, and then delivered to the developer. Do not include sensitive personal information in a feedback message. Feedback is retained only as needed to respond to or diagnose the report.

You can request deletion of submitted feedback by emailing www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com and identifying the message or reply address.

Notifications and playback

If you enable a daily learning reminder, NUQT schedules a local notification on your device. User-started Quran audio may use a foreground media service so playback can continue reliably. These features do not send learning activity to the developer.

Sharing and third parties

NUQT does not sell personal information. It does not share information for advertising. Optional feedback is handled by Web3Forms solely to deliver your message, and requested content files are delivered by their stated hosting sources.

Children's privacy

NUQT is a general-audience learning app and is not directed specifically to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information through feedback can contact the developer to request deletion.

Security and changes

Network features use HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security, but NUQT minimizes collection and keeps learning activity local. This policy may be updated if the app's behavior changes; the effective date above will be revised when that happens.
