Child Safety Standards — Msewu

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

Msewu prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This applies to every landmark note, photograph, description, report and attempt to use the service. These published standards support Google Play's Child Safety Standards requirements and applicable law.

2. Age requirement

Msewu is intended for people aged 13 and over, or the equivalent minimum age in their jurisdiction. It is a transport-map utility with limited public landmark posts; it has no chat, direct messaging, follower system, dating, public profile or live rider location.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

• CSAM or any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child.
• Grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking or attempts to arrange contact with a child.
• Requests for, links to, promotion of or distribution of exploitative material involving minors.
• Posting a child's home, school, phone number, routine, precise location or other information that enables stalking or harm.
• Using landmark posts, photographs or contributor tools to identify, track, threaten, impersonate or exploit a child.
• Evading a restriction or repeatedly submitting prohibited content.

4. In-app prevention and reporting

• Every public landmark post includes a visible Report action.
• A report immediately hides the post and quarantines it from public bundles pending review.
• Users can block a post's pseudonymous contributor on their own device.
• Automated text rules quarantine obvious high-risk phrases before publication.
• The dedicated Guide → Child Safety screen explains prohibited conduct and the reporting route.
• Uploaded photographs are bounded and stripped of EXIF location/device/time metadata.

5. How to report a concern

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. Reports may also be made to the NCMEC CyberTipline where appropriate.

6. Enforcement and response

When potential CSAE or CSAM is identified, Saifullah Ahad will act promptly and may:

• remove or preserve the content from public access immediately;
• disable or permanently restrict the responsible installation account;
• preserve relevant evidence when lawful and necessary;
• report apparent CSAM or child exploitation to NCMEC and/or appropriate authorities as required by applicable law;
• cooperate with lawful investigations.
