MeetWindow Privacy Policy

1. What MeetWindow Does

MeetWindow is an Android time-zone planning tool that compares city clocks, finds shared work-hour meeting windows, and prepares copy-ready time suggestions.

2. Data We Collect

MeetWindow does not require an account and does not collect location, contacts, calendar events, files, photos, advertising identifiers, analytics events, payment information, or meeting details.

If you choose to use Send feedback, the app sends your feedback message and optional email address to the developer through Web3Forms.

3. How We Use Data

City clocks and meeting-window calculations run on your device. Optional feedback is used only to understand bug reports, support requests, or product suggestions.

4. Data Sharing

MeetWindow does not use advertising, analytics, billing, social SDKs, or calendar-sync services. Optional feedback submissions are relayed by Web3Forms to the developer contact email.

5. Retention and Deletion

Meeting-window calculations are not uploaded by the app. Feedback emails may be kept as long as needed to respond or improve the app. To request deletion of feedback you sent, email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.

6. Send Feedback

The in-app feedback form is optional. It includes your message, optional email address, app version, and basic device model details so the developer can diagnose issues.

7. Children's Policy

MeetWindow is a general productivity tool and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated when app behavior changes. The effective date will be revised when updates are published.
