Privacy Policy - LiftPrism

LiftPrism works fully offline. It keeps ergonomic lifting assessments on your Android device and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share them.

1) Who we are

2) What the app stores

LiftPrism stores the assessment details you enter, such as a title, work area, lift weights, hand-position measurements, task geometry, multipliers, notes, and saved comparison scenarios. These records are stored in the app's private local database and preferences on your device.

3) How we use the data

The information is used only to calculate and display the Revised NIOSH Lifting Equation screening values, preserve your assessment library, compare redesign scenarios, and create reports when you explicitly choose an export.

4) Permissions and connectivity

LiftPrism requests no runtime permissions and declares no INTERNET, network-state, location, contacts, microphone, camera, advertising ID, or notification permission. It has no accounts, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDK.

5) Exports and sharing

When you choose PDF or JSON, Android's system document picker asks where to save the file. LiftPrism does not upload it. Any later sharing is initiated by you through apps or services you choose, which have their own privacy policies.

6) Data sharing

We do not receive or share your assessment data because LiftPrism has no server connection. Data leaves the app only through a user-directed save or share action.

7) Retention and deletion

Assessments remain on your device until you delete them in the Library screen, clear LiftPrism's app storage, or uninstall the app. Files saved outside the app remain where you saved them until you delete them separately.

8) Children's privacy

LiftPrism is a general workplace-safety utility and is not directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect information from children.

9) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when LiftPrism changes. The current version remains available at privacy.saifullah.ai/liftprism.html, with the effective date updated above.
