Delete your Laynivo account
Laynivo is provided by Saifullah Ahad.
Delete inside the app
- Sign in as staff.
- Open More.
- Choose Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and choose Delete permanently.
If you own the service point, this deletes its business profile, queues, tickets, staff access and analytics. If you are a staff member, it deletes your membership and authentication account while the owner's business data remains.
Request deletion without app access
Email from the address used for the staff account. Include “Laynivo account deletion” and the business name. We may ask for limited verification before deleting data.
Retention
Data selected for deletion is removed from the active service. Firebase and infrastructure backups may retain encrypted copies for a limited period under provider backup schedules. Completed ticket details not otherwise deleted are automatically removed after 90 days; anonymous tickets left by customers are removed within 24 hours; short-lived command records expire after 7 days.
