Child Safety Standards — Kiyaye

1) Our commitment

Kiyaye has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We prohibit grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, requests for exploitative material, and any content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a child.

2) Product context and age

Kiyaye is intended for adults coordinating responsibility inside a private family circle. It is not directed to children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age in their jurisdiction. There is no public feed, stranger discovery, public profile, direct messaging, or random chat. A circle is accessible only to signed-in members who receive its invitation.

3) Prohibited content and behavior

• Creating, uploading, requesting, sharing, or distributing CSAM or any sexualized content involving a child.
• Grooming, coercion, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to arrange sexual contact with a child.
• Using a circle, duty, note, claim, explanation, identity, or invitation to exploit, harass, track, threaten, or endanger a child.
• Impersonating another person or sharing a child's personal information for harmful purposes.

4) Prevention and reporting tools

• Every shared claim from another member has a visible in-app Report action.
• Every other circle member can be reported or blocked from the Circle screen.
• The in-app Child Safety screen repeats the zero-tolerance rule, reporting route, public standards link, emergency guidance, and contact.
• Every circle request is authorized on the server; a signed-in outsider cannot read private circle content.

5) How to report

• In Kiyaye: open a shared claim or member action and choose Report, describe the concern, and send it for developer review.
• Email: contact the child-safety point of contact at www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.
• Immediate danger: contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority first. Kiyaye is not an emergency-response service.
• United States reports: the NCMEC CyberTipline accepts reports concerning online child exploitation.

6) Review and enforcement

We review reports involving possible child exploitation and take action appropriate to the evidence and applicable law. Action may include restricting an account or circle, removing accessible content, preserving narrowly relevant evidence, and reporting suspected CSAM or exploitation to NCMEC or other competent authorities when legally required. We cooperate with lawful investigations.
