Jawi Brunei: Jawi Script is provided by Saifullah Ahad ("we", "us", "our"). The app is an educational tool for learning, writing, and transliterating the Jawi script used in Brunei Darussalam. Our website is: https://saifullah.ai.

2) Data we collect

Jawi Brunei: Jawi Script is designed to function primarily offline. All your data, including transliterations, quiz scores, and favorite phrases, is stored securely on your local device. We do not collect, monitor, or sync this data to the cloud. The only data collected is if you explicitly choose to use the "Send Feedback" feature.

3) How we use the data

Since all core app data stays on your device, we do not use your personal information. If you use the Send Feedback feature, your message and provided email are used exclusively to understand your issue and respond to you.

4) Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information. Your feedback is processed by a secure email relay (Web3Forms) solely to deliver your message to our support inbox. We do not integrate third-party analytics trackers, crashlytics, or advertising networks.

5) Data retention & deletion path

All transliteration history, favorites, and quiz progress live entirely on your device. You can permanently delete this data at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings or uninstalling the app. If you have sent us feedback and wish for those email records to be deleted, you may contact us.

6) Send Feedback section

Jawi Brunei includes a Send Feedback option on the "About" screen. This feature is fully user-initiated — no message is ever sent unless you tap Send.

If you submit feedback:

• Your message text is delivered to the developer's email inbox.
• Your email address is optional. If you provide it, it is used solely so the developer can reply. If you leave it blank, the message is delivered anonymously.
• A short technical footer is auto-attached to help reproduce bugs: app name, app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model. No identifiers, contacts, or content from inside the app are included.

The message is sent to a third-party email-relay service, Web3Forms (privacy policy: https://web3forms.com/privacy), which delivers it to www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com. Transmission is fully encrypted (HTTPS).

7) Children's policy

Jawi Brunei is designed as an educational tool suitable for all ages, including students. Because the app operates completely offline and does not collect personal data (unless a user actively provides an email in the feedback form), it is safe for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as features evolve. We will post the updated policy on our website at https://saifullah.ai and update the effective date above.
