Because Hajiz operates entirely locally, your call and SMS data is used solely within the app to apply your customized blocking rules.
Data provided via the "Send Feedback" feature is used exclusively to respond to your support inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app.
We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to any third parties.
If you submit feedback via the app, your message and optional email address are securely transmitted using Web3Forms, which acts as a relay service to deliver the email to us.
Since we do not collect your personal data on our servers, there is no data to retain or delete. All call history, SMS history, and blocking rules are stored entirely on your device. You can permanently delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data in your device settings.
If you have sent us an email or submitted feedback, we retain those communications only as long as necessary to address your request. You can request the deletion of your email correspondence by contacting us.
Hajiz is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
