Data Stored Locally
BreathFlow is a completely offline app that stores data only on your device. The app keeps the following information locally:
- Breathing Session Data: Timestamp, duration, exercise type, and cycles completed.
- Progress Tracking: Daily streaks, total sessions, and total minutes practiced.
- App Settings: Theme preferences, sound, vibration, voice guidance, and related configuration.
- Achievement Progress: Unlocked achievements and milestones.
Important: None of this data is transmitted to external servers or shared with third parties.

BreathFlow does not collect, store, or transmit:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number).
- Location data or precise geolocation.
- Device identifiers.
- Analytics or usage statistics.

All data collected by BreathFlow remains on your device and is used solely to:

Data Backup
BreathFlow supports Android’s Auto Backup feature. If enabled on your device, app data (settings and session history) may be backed up to your Google Account. You can manage backup preferences in your Android system settings.
Data Deletion
You have full control over your data:
- Clear App Data: Settings > Apps > BreathFlow > Storage > Clear Data.
- Uninstall: Removing the app permanently deletes all locally stored data.
- In-App Controls: App settings allow you to reset preferences or clear session history.
Children’s Privacy
BreathFlow does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app supports general wellness and should be used with appropriate supervision when accessed by minors.
