1) Who we are

Yusr is provided by Saifullah Ahad ("we", "us", "our"). Our website is https://saifullah.ai.

2) What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information is stored, processed, or sent when you use Yusr on Android phone and Wear OS. Yusr is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

3) Information stored on your device

Yusr stores the following app data locally on your device so the reminder features work:

• Care session state, such as whether reminders are currently running.
• Reminder settings, including enabled reminder types and interval minutes.
• Quiet hours settings.
• Daily break counts for water, 20-20-20 eye rest, movement, and bathroom checks.
• Wear OS stillness assist settings, phone-session status, and threshold minutes.

This local reminder data is not sent to our own server. On the phone app, Android backup or device transfer may restore local reminder settings if your system backup settings allow it. That backup is controlled by Android and your Google account settings. The Wear OS app disables cloud backup for its local preferences.

4) Wear OS stillness assist

If you use the Wear OS companion, the watch can run a stillness assist. When enabled, it uses on-device motion signals from the watch accelerometer and Android activity recognition permission to notice long low-movement periods outside quiet hours.

• Raw accelerometer samples are processed on the watch and are not sent to us.
• The watch may send a simple start or stop session request to your connected phone.
• Phone-watch sync uses Google Play services Wearable Data Layer between your own connected devices.

5) Permissions

• Notifications: used for break reminders, active session status, and watch stillness alerts.
• Receive boot completed: used by the phone app to restore reminders after reboot or app update.
• Internet and network state: used by the optional feedback form and to check whether feedback can be sent.
• Foreground service and foreground service health: used by the Wear OS app while stillness assist is running.
• Activity recognition and accelerometer: used by the Wear OS app for stillness assist.

Yusr does not request biometric permission and does not include an app-lock or PIN feature.

6) Optional in-app feedback

Yusr includes a Send Feedback option on the About Developer screen. This feature is user-initiated: no feedback message is sent unless you tap Send.

If you submit feedback:

• Your message text is delivered to the developer email inbox.
• Your email address is optional and is used only so the developer can reply.
• A short technical footer is attached: app name, app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model.

Feedback is sent over HTTPS to Web3Forms (privacy policy: https://web3forms.com/privacy), which relays it to www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.

7) Third-party services

Yusr uses these third-party services only for specific features:

• Google Play services Wearable Data Layer: phone-watch session sync.
• Web3Forms: optional feedback delivery when you send a message.

Yusr does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, account sign-in, billing, subscriptions, or crash-reporting SDKs.

8) How we use information

• Provide reminder scheduling, notification actions, quiet hours, and daily break counts.
• Sync session state between your phone and Wear OS watch.
• Deliver optional feedback messages and respond when you provide an email address.
• Troubleshoot app behavior using the technical footer included with feedback messages.

9) Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared only in these cases:

• With Web3Forms when you choose to send feedback.
• With Google Play services for Wear OS communication between your connected devices.
• If required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, and security.

10) Retention and deletion

• Local app settings and break counts remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app.
• Daily break counts reset by date inside the app.
• Feedback emails may be retained as support correspondence unless you request deletion.

To request deletion of feedback you sent, contact us using the email below. If you did not provide an email address in the feedback form, we may not be able to identify your message.

11) Your choices

• Start or end a care session at any time.
• Turn individual reminder types on or off.
• Change reminder intervals and quiet hours.
• Stop Wear OS stillness assist from the watch.
• Manage app permissions in Android settings.
• Clear app data or uninstall the app to remove local app data from your device.

12) Security

Yusr keeps normal reminder data on your device. Feedback submissions use HTTPS in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate for a small reminder app.

13) Children's privacy

Yusr is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
