This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use Tibb Study (the "App").

3) Information we collect

Tibb Study is a privacy-first application. We do not collect personal identifiers, analytics, device IDs, or app usage data. All of your study progress, quiz scores, and settings are saved locally on your device and are never sent to external servers.

We may collect information only if you explicitly choose to interact with our support channels:

• Feedback messages: content you voluntarily type into the "Send Feedback" form within the app.
• Email address: an optional field if you want a reply to your feedback.

4) How we use information

Any information you voluntarily provide through the feedback form is used exclusively to:

• Communicate with you about support requests.
• Identify bugs and improve the application based on your reports.

5) Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with advertisers or analytics companies.

We use a single third-party service solely to securely deliver your feedback to us:

• Web3Forms: used exclusively as an email relay for the "Send Feedback" feature. (Privacy Policy: https://web3forms.com/privacy)

6) Optional in-app feedback messages

Our app includes a Send Feedback option on the "About" screen. This feature is fully user-initiated — no message is ever sent unless you tap Send.

If you submit feedback:

• Your message text is delivered to the developer's email inbox.
• Your email address is optional. If you provide it, it is used solely so the developer can reply. If you leave it blank, the message is delivered anonymously and the developer cannot reply.
• A short technical footer is auto-attached to help reproduce bugs: app name, app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model. No identifiers, contacts, account data, or content from inside the app are included.

The message is sent to a third-party email-relay service, Web3Forms, which delivers it to www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com. Web3Forms processes the submission only to relay it; we do not use it for any other purpose. Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).

7) Data retention

Feedback emails sent by you are retained in the developer's inbox for as long as necessary to address your support request. Your local app data (study progress) remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear its data.

8) Your choices and controls

• Local Data: You can wipe all your study progress at any time by clearing the app's data in your Android Settings.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of any email correspondence by contacting us.

9) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. Transmission of feedback is secured via HTTPS. Local data is protected by the Android operating system sandbox.

10) Children’s privacy

Tibb Study is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on our website at https://saifullah.ai and update the effective date above.
