1) Who we are & what the app does
TDEE Dynamics is a health and fitness utility provided by Saifullah Ahad ("we", "us", "our"). The app helps you calculate your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) and Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) completely offline. Our website is: https://saifullah.ai.
2) Data we collect
The app functions entirely offline and does not automatically collect, store, or share any personal health data, metrics, analytics, or crash logs. Your height, weight, age, and gender inputs are processed locally on your device for calculation purposes only and are never transmitted to our servers.
Optional Information you provide: If you use the "Send Feedback" feature, we collect the message content you write and your email address (if provided).
3) How we use information
Since we only collect data when you explicitly send us feedback, we use that information solely to provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with you regarding your message.
4) Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties, except for our email relay service provider:
- Web3Forms: Used strictly to route your "Send Feedback" messages securely to our support email.
5) Optional in-app feedback messages
The app includes a Send Feedback option on the "About Developer" screen. This feature is fully user-initiated — no message is ever sent unless you tap Send.
If you submit feedback:
- Your message text is delivered to the developer's email inbox.
- Your email address is optional. If you provide it, it is used solely so we can reply. If left blank, the message is delivered anonymously.
- A short technical footer is auto-attached to help reproduce bugs: app name, app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model. No personal identifiers or health metrics are included.
The message is sent via Web3Forms (privacy policy: https://web3forms.com/privacy), which securely delivers it to www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com. Web3Forms processes the submission only to relay it; transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).
6) Data retention & deletion
We keep support emails and feedback only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry or for legitimate business purposes (such as troubleshooting). You may request deletion of your past feedback emails by contacting us at the email address below.
7) Children’s privacy
TDEE Dynamics is a general audience utility and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on our website at https://saifullah.ai and update the effective date above.
