- App Performance Data: We may collect anonymous crash logs and diagnostic information to improve the stability of the app.
3. How We Use Your Data
The data we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Core Functionality: Your location data is used locally on your device to operate the speedometer and log your trip history. This data is stored securely in an encrypted local database on your phone.
- Customer Support: Information submitted via the feedback form is used solely to respond to your inquiries and address bugs.
4. Data Sharing and Third-Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your driving data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We use the following third-party services exclusively to support app functionality:
- Web3Forms: Used as a secure email relay to transmit your feedback messages to our support inbox. Web3Forms is fully compliant with modern data protection regulations and transmits data over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Your location and trip history remain completely on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Your trip history is retained locally on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. You have full control over this data. You can delete individual trips or clear all data by simply uninstalling the app or clearing the app's local storage via your Android settings.
Emails and feedback submitted to us are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry.
6. Children's Privacy
Our application is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.
