Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
WashReady is an offline hygiene and sanitation planning app. It helps users prepare short routines for shared toilets, handwashing stations, sick-room care, flood cleanup, baby care, supplies, warning signs, and shareable hygiene plans. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
2. Data Stored by the App
WashReady does not require an account. Hygiene plans are stored locally on your device when you choose to create them. This can include:
- Plan title, place, risk, people to protect, and unsafe condition notes.
- Cleaning actions, ready supplies, first move, warning signs, and follow-up notes.
- Plan status and timestamps used to organize the dashboard.
This planning data is not uploaded to the developer by the app. If you use Android's share sheet, you choose where the shared text goes.
3. Optional Feedback
If you tap "Send feedback" in the About Developer screen and submit a message, the message text is sent to Web3Forms, a third-party email-relay service, which delivers it to the developer's email inbox at www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.
A short technical footer is attached to help troubleshoot bugs: app name, app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model. No hygiene plans, contacts, account data, files, photos, microphone data, or location data are attached.
Email address is optional. If you provide it, it is used only so the developer can reply. If you leave it blank, the feedback is delivered without a reply address.
4. Permissions
- Internet: used only when you submit optional feedback.
- Network state: used to check whether a connection is available before sending feedback.
WashReady does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, SMS, call log, calendar, storage, notification, billing, ads, or account permissions.
5. How Data Is Used
Local hygiene-planning data is used to show your dashboard, saved plans, readiness labels, checklists, plan details, and shareable summaries. Optional feedback data is used only for app support, bug reports, feature ideas, and developer replies when you provide an email address.
6. Data Sharing
WashReady does not sell user data and does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, billing, accounts, public profiles, chat, or social feeds.
Optional feedback is processed by Web3Forms as an email-relay service provider. Web3Forms has its own privacy policy at https://web3forms.com/privacy.
7. Retention and Deletion
Hygiene plans and notes remain on your device until you delete them in the app, clear app data, or uninstall the app. To request deletion of feedback messages sent to the developer inbox, email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.
8. Children's Privacy
WashReady is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child sent personal information through feedback, contact the developer so it can be deleted.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when app features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
