Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
VisitReady is a doctor visit planning app. It helps you prepare appointment questions, symptom notes, medicine notes, and follow-up notes for conversations with qualified clinicians. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
2. Data Stored by the App
VisitReady does not require an account. The following information can be stored locally on your device when you choose to enter it:
- Doctor visit plans, appointment dates, clinician names, and clinic locations.
- Questions you want to ask during a medical appointment.
- Symptom notes, severity, start time, patterns, and details.
- Medicine or supplement notes, dose, schedule, and reason.
- Follow-up notes and preparation status.
This saved visit data remains on your device. It is not uploaded to a developer server.
3. Data We Collect
VisitReady does not collect your saved visit plans, symptom notes, medicine notes, questions, or follow-up notes from the app.
The only information sent outside your device is optional feedback that you actively submit from the About Developer screen:
- Your feedback message text.
- Your email address, only if you choose to provide it for a reply.
- A short technical footer: app name, app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model.
VisitReady does not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, authentication services, payment services, or a developer backend for saved visit data.
4. How We Use Data
- Local visit data is used only to show your saved plans inside the app.
- Optional feedback is used to answer support requests, review bug reports, and improve the app.
- The optional technical footer helps reproduce device-specific issues.
5. Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
If you tap Send feedback, the message is sent through Web3Forms, a third-party email relay service that delivers the message to the developer's email inbox. Web3Forms privacy policy: https://web3forms.com/privacy.
No saved visit plan content is attached to feedback unless you manually type it into the feedback message yourself. All feedback requests use HTTPS.
6. Android Share Sheet
VisitReady lets you share a visit summary through Android's system share sheet. This happens only when you choose the share action. The selected receiving app is responsible for how it handles the shared text.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Saved visit data stays on your device until you delete a visit, clear app data, or uninstall VisitReady. Feedback messages are kept in the developer support inbox only as long as needed for support, troubleshooting, and app improvement.
You can request deletion of feedback messages by emailing www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com. If you included an email address in feedback, include that address in your deletion request so we can locate the message.
8. Permissions
VisitReady requests internet access and network state access for the optional feedback form and for opening external links you choose. The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, phone, notification, calendar, nearby device, or storage permissions.
9. Medical Disclaimer
VisitReady is an organizer for your own notes. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not replace care from a qualified clinician. Always seek professional medical advice for diagnosis, treatment, medicine decisions, urgent symptoms, or any health concern.
10. Children's Privacy
VisitReady is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted feedback, contact us so we can remove it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The updated page will show the new effective date.
