Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
UseSoon is a food use planning app. It helps users track pantry, fridge, freezer, and leftover items, see what should be used first, plan simple meals, and keep restock notes. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
2. Data Stored by the App
UseSoon does not require an account. Food items and planning notes are stored locally on your device when you choose to create them. This can include:
- Food item names, categories, storage places, and quantities.
- Expiry dates, opened dates, status labels, and urgency notes.
- Your written item notes and restock planning notes.
- Used or wasted status that you choose to mark in the app.
This food-planning data is not uploaded to the developer by the app. If you use Android's share sheet, you choose where the shared text goes.
3. Optional Feedback
If you tap "Send feedback" in the About Developer screen and submit a message, the message text is sent to Web3Forms, a third-party email-relay service, which delivers it to the developer's email inbox at www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.
A short technical footer is attached to help troubleshoot bugs: app name, app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model. No food items, pantry notes, contacts, account data, files, photos, or location data are attached.
Email address is optional. If you provide it, it is used only so the developer can reply. If you leave it blank, the feedback is delivered without a reply address.
4. Permissions
- Internet: used only when you submit optional feedback.
- Network state: used to check whether a connection is available before sending feedback.
UseSoon does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, SMS, call log, calendar, storage, notification, billing, ads, or account permissions.
5. How Data Is Used
Local food-planning data is used to show your item list, use-first queue, filters, meal ideas, restock notes, and shareable summaries inside the app. Optional feedback data is used only for app support, bug reports, feature ideas, and developer replies when you provide an email address.
6. Data Sharing
UseSoon does not sell user data and does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, billing, accounts, or public sharing features.
Optional feedback is processed by Web3Forms as an email-relay service provider. Web3Forms has its own privacy policy at https://web3forms.com/privacy.
7. Retention and Deletion
Food items and notes remain on your device until you delete them in the app or uninstall the app. To request deletion of feedback messages sent to the developer inbox, email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.
8. Children's Privacy
UseSoon is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child sent personal information through feedback, contact the developer so it can be deleted.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when app features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
10. Contact
For privacy questions or deletion requests, email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.
UseSoon is a household organizer, not a food safety authority. Always follow food labels, storage instructions, local guidance, and your own judgement. If food looks unsafe or you are unsure, discard it.
