Ureztatu Privacy Policy
Plain-language summary
Ureztatu builds crop-watering plans from a field profile and current weather. It has no account, advertising, analytics, social features, or developer-operated server. Field profiles, watering records, cached forecasts, and security preferences stay on your device. Place-search text and the selected place coordinates are sent directly to Open-Meteo so the app can retrieve weather.
Information stored on your device
The app stores only information needed for its features:
- field name, selected place and coordinates, crop, soil, growth stage, field area, irrigation method, flow and capacity;
- watering records and calculated crop-water plans;
- cached weather responses and the time they were refreshed;
- reminder settings and, if enabled, a salted one-way hash of the app-lock PIN.
This information is not uploaded to Saifullah and is not synchronized between devices.
Information sent off the device
When you search for a place, Ureztatu sends the search text to Open-Meteo's geocoding service. When it refreshes a plan, it sends the selected place's latitude and longitude to Open-Meteo's forecast service and receives weather values such as rain, temperature, soil moisture, and reference evapotranspiration. These requests are required for live plans and use encrypted HTTPS connections.
Ureztatu does not request your phone's location permission and does not read GPS data. The coordinates come only from the place result you select. Open-Meteo also receives ordinary connection data, such as the request IP address, as part of providing its service. Open-Meteo processes and retains that data under its own terms and licence information. Saifullah does not receive those requests or retain a copy.
Permissions
- Notifications: optional, requested only if you enable watering reminders.
- Biometric authentication: optional, used only to ask Android to unlock the app. Android performs the check; Ureztatu never receives or stores fingerprint, face, or other biometric data.
- Internet and network state: used to search places and retrieve live weather.
Sharing, sale, and advertising
Saifullah does not sell personal information, share it for advertising, show ads, create advertising profiles, or use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. The direct Open-Meteo processing described above is solely for app functionality.
Retention and deletion
Local information remains until you delete the field, clear Ureztatu's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Ureztatu has no cloud account to delete. Data handled by Open-Meteo is governed by Open-Meteo's published terms.
Security and children
Network requests use HTTPS, clear-text traffic is disabled, Android backups are disabled, and the optional app lock is local. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.
Ureztatu is a general-audience agricultural utility. It does not collect ages, provide user profiles, or permit users to publish or exchange content.
