1. Introduction

Offline UV exposure planner for outdoor time windows, shade choices, cover items, sunscreen label notes, helper roles, cool-down checks, and shareable sun plans. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

2. Data Stored by the App

SunSpan does not require an account. Plans are stored locally on your device when you choose to create them. This can include plan titles, need types, timing, context notes, care notes, coordination details, helper plans, message drafts, checklist steps, safety notes, status, and timestamps.

This planning data is not uploaded to the developer by the app. If you use Android copy or share actions, you choose where the shared text goes.

3. Optional Feedback

If you open the About Developer screen, write feedback, and tap Send, SunSpan sends that message through Web3Forms to the developer contact email. If you provide an email address for a reply, that email address is included in the feedback message.

A short technical footer is attached to feedback to help reproduce bugs: app name, app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model.

4. Permissions and Services

Internet and network state: used only for optional feedback submission.
Web3Forms: used only when you send feedback.
Android share sheet: used only when you tap Copy or Share.

SunSpan does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, billing SDKs, push notifications, accounts, or cloud sync.

5. Data Sharing

SunSpan does not automatically share plans. You control any copy/share action. Optional feedback is sent to the developer only when you submit it.

6. Retention and Deletion

Local plans remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. To request deletion of feedback messages, email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy

SunSpan is a general utility and does not ask children to create accounts or submit personal data. If a caregiver uses the app for a family or learner task, the plan stays on the device unless the user chooses to share text through Android.

8. Important Safety Note

SunSpan is an organization tool for sun-exposure planning. Check local forecasts and follow qualified health guidance.
