1. Who we are

ShelfLife is provided by Saifullah ("we", "us", "our"). ShelfLife is a home inventory app for tracking pantry items, fridge and freezer food, medicine cabinet supplies, household essentials, expiry dates, and low-stock levels.

2. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information ShelfLife stores or sends, why it is used, and how you can delete it.

3. Inventory information

ShelfLife stores the inventory information you enter locally on your device. This can include:

• Item name
• Category and storage location
• Quantity, unit, and low-stock threshold
• Optional expiry date
• Optional note

This inventory data is stored on your device using Android local storage. It is not sent to us, uploaded to a server, shared with other users, or used for advertising.

4. Optional feedback

ShelfLife includes an optional feedback feature in the About Developer screen. If you choose to send feedback, the following information may be sent to us:

• Your feedback message
• Your email address, only if you choose to provide it
• A short technical footer containing app name, app version, Android version, SDK version, device manufacturer, and device model

Feedback is sent through Web3Forms, an email relay service. Web3Forms privacy information is available at https://web3forms.com/privacy.

Nothing is sent unless you tap the feedback send button.

5. Permissions

• Internet: used only for optional feedback submission.
• Network state: used to check whether a connection is available before sending optional feedback.

ShelfLife does not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, call log, calendar, or notification permissions.

6. Sharing and third-party services

We do not sell your personal data. ShelfLife does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social login, payment processing, or account services.

Optional feedback messages are processed through Web3Forms only so they can be delivered to the developer email inbox.

7. Retention and deletion

• You can delete inventory entries inside the app.
• You can delete all local app data by clearing ShelfLife data in Android settings or uninstalling the app.
• If you submitted feedback and want that email deleted, contact us at www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.

8. Children

ShelfLife is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through feedback, contact us and we will take appropriate deletion action.

9. Important use note

ShelfLife is an organization tool. It does not provide medical advice, food safety advice, emergency guidance, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or professional recommendations. Always follow product labels and professional guidance when needed.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when ShelfLife changes. The latest version will be posted on this page.
