1. Introduction

SeedPatch is an offline small garden planner. It helps users organize private growing plans for container patches, regrow starters, shared garden turns, seed trays, supplies, helpers, message drafts, safety reminders, and next actions. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

2. Data Stored by the App

SeedPatch does not require an account. Plans are stored locally on your device when you choose to create them. This can include garden plan title, patch need, timing, household context, situation notes, dignity notes, growing place, helper plan, message drafts, checklist steps, safety notes, status, and timestamps.

This planning data is not uploaded to the developer by the app. If you use Android copy or share actions, you choose where the shared text goes.

3. Optional Feedback

If you open the About Developer screen, write feedback, and tap Send, SeedPatch sends that message through Web3Forms to the developer contact email. If you provide an email address for a reply, that email address is included in the feedback message.

A short technical footer is attached to feedback to help reproduce bugs: app name, app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model.

4. Permissions and Services

Internet and network state: used only for optional feedback submission.
Web3Forms: used only when you send feedback.
Android share sheet: used only when you tap Copy or Share.

SeedPatch does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, billing SDKs, push notifications, accounts, or cloud sync.

5. Data Sharing

SeedPatch does not automatically share plans. You control any copy/share action. Optional feedback is sent to the developer only when you submit it.

6. Retention and Deletion

Local plans remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. To request deletion of feedback messages, email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy

SeedPatch is a general utility and does not ask children to create accounts or submit personal data. If a caregiver uses the app for a family or learner task, the plan stays on the device unless the user chooses to share text through Android.

8. Important Safety Note

SeedPatch is an organization tool for small garden planning. Follow local gardening rules, safe material guidance, and common-sense tool safety.
