Rahat Home Privacy Policy
1. What Rahat Home does
Rahat Home is an Android launcher that makes common phone actions easier to reach. It can show large home tiles, favorite contacts, an emergency profile, a flashlight button, selected apps, and caregiver settings.
2. Data we collect
Most Rahat Home data stays on your device. The app stores local setup data so the launcher can work as you configured it:
- Launcher tiles, labels, selected app package names, tile order, and enabled state.
- Favorite contact names, phone numbers, relationship labels, and contact photo URI if selected.
- Emergency profile details such as name, blood group, allergies, conditions, medicines, address, emergency number, and helper contacts.
- Settings such as language, visual mode, layout lock, setup role, low-battery threshold, direct call setting, and caregiver PIN hash and salt.
If you use Send Feedback, the app sends your message, optional reply email, app version, Android version, SDK level, device manufacturer, and device model to help investigate the feedback.
3. How we use the data
Local data is used to show your launcher layout, contacts, settings, and emergency information inside the app. Feedback data is used only to read your message, reply if you gave an email address, and improve the app.
4. Data sharing and third parties
Rahat Home has no analytics SDK or account login. Feedback is submitted through Web3Forms, which relays the message to the developer support email.
5. Data retention and deletion
Local launcher, contact, emergency, and settings data remains on your device until you change it, remove it, reset app storage, or uninstall the app. Feedback messages may remain in the developer support inbox long enough to respond and maintain support records.

6. Send Feedback
The Send Feedback feature is optional. If you use it, do not include sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request. Feedback is sent over HTTPS to Web3Forms and then to the developer support email.
7. Children's policy
Rahat Home is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child sent personal information through feedback, contact us and we will review the request.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the policy changes.
