Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
PayProof is an offline wage proof diary. It helps users record employers, work days, promised pay, advances, deductions, payments, witnesses, private notes, and proof summaries.
2. Data Stored by the App
The Play-ready release does not require an account. Data is stored locally on the device unless a future backend is configured. Local app data can include:
- Worker name, phone number, and currency code typed by the user.
- Employer or work-site names, phone numbers, locations, and default rates.
- Work-day details such as date, job title, hours, rate, advance, deduction, paid amount, note, and witness.
- Generated local proof summaries.
This wage diary data is not uploaded to the developer by the app. If you clear app data or uninstall PayProof, the local data is removed by Android.
3. Optional Feedback
If you tap "Send feedback" in the About Developer screen and submit a message, the message text is sent to Web3Forms, a third-party email-relay service, which delivers it to the developer's email inbox at www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.
A short technical footer is attached to help troubleshoot bugs: app name, app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model. No wage records, employer records, screenshots, contacts, files, or location data are attached.
Email address is optional. If you provide it, it is used only so the developer can reply. If you leave it blank, the feedback is delivered without a reply address.
4. Permissions
- Internet: used only when you submit optional feedback or when a future configured backend is connected.
- Network state: used to check whether a connection is available before sending optional feedback.
PayProof does not request camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call log, calendar, storage, notification, billing, ads, or location permissions in this release.
5. Firebase-Ready Backend
PayProof includes Firebase-ready Firestore rules, indexes, and an admin-panel scaffold for a future opt-in sync version. The Play release submitted with this policy runs as a local-only app unless the developer configures those services in a future version.
If a future production backend is enabled, this policy and the Play Console Data Safety form will be updated before release to explain account data, sync data, deletion controls, and any cloud processing for that version.
6. How Data Is Used
Local data is used to show totals, track outstanding payments, organize work entries, filter the ledger, record payments, and generate share-ready summaries. Optional feedback data is used only for app support, bug reports, feature ideas, and developer replies when you provide an email address.
7. Data Sharing
PayProof does not sell user data and does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, billing, or public social features.
Optional feedback is processed by Web3Forms as an email-relay service provider. Web3Forms has its own privacy policy at https://web3forms.com/privacy.
8. Retention and Deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. To request deletion of feedback messages sent to the developer inbox, email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.
9. Children's Privacy
PayProof is intended for adults managing work and payment records. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when app features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
11. Contact
For privacy questions or deletion requests related to feedback messages, email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.
PayProof helps organize wage records but does not provide legal, financial, or employment advice. Review local labor rules before using any generated summary as a formal claim.
