App: NutriOrder | Developer: Saifullah Ahad | Effective Date: June 27, 2026

1. Introduction

NutriOrder is a nutrition-aware food ordering app. It helps users browse restaurant menus, review ingredient-based nutrition, see allergy warnings, manage a cart, choose delivery, takeaway, or dine-in, and follow a live kitchen token. Restaurant owners can review orders, update order status, and manage menu nutrition details.

2. Data Stored by the App

The current release uses a local demo workspace so Play reviewers and users can open customer and restaurant-owner roles immediately. Data is stored locally on the device unless a future backend is configured. Local app data can include:

This local ordering and nutrition data is not uploaded to the developer by the app. If you clear app data or uninstall the app, the local data is removed by Android.

3. Optional Feedback

If you tap "Send feedback" in the About Developer screen and submit a message, the message text is sent to Web3Forms, a third-party email-relay service, which delivers it to the developer's email inbox at www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.

A short technical footer is attached to help troubleshoot bugs: app name, app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model. No order history, allergy profile, restaurant data, files, photos, contacts, location data, or payment data are attached.

Email address is optional. If you provide it, it is used only so the developer can reply. If you leave it blank, the feedback is delivered without a reply address.

4. Permissions

NutriOrder does not request camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, call log, calendar, storage, notification, billing, ads, or account permissions in this release.

5. Firebase-Ready Backend

NutriOrder includes backend-ready documentation and rules for Firebase Auth, Firestore, Storage, and messaging so a production restaurant service can be connected later. The Play release submitted with this policy runs as a local demo workspace unless the developer configures those services in a future version.

If a future production backend is enabled, the policy will be updated before release to explain account data, order data, restaurant data, notifications, and deletion controls for that version.

6. How Data Is Used

Local data is used to display menus, calculate nutrition, show allergy warnings, manage cart and checkout screens, generate order tokens, update order status, and show restaurant-owner dashboard information. Optional feedback data is used only for app support, bug reports, feature ideas, and developer replies when you provide an email address.

7. Data Sharing

NutriOrder does not sell user data and does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, billing, or public sharing features.

Optional feedback is processed by Web3Forms as an email-relay service provider. Web3Forms has its own privacy policy at https://web3forms.com/privacy.

8. Retention and Deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. To request deletion of feedback messages sent to the developer inbox, email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.

9. Children's Privacy

NutriOrder is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child sent personal information through feedback, contact the developer so it can be deleted.

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when app features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.

11. Contact

For privacy questions or deletion requests, email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.

NutriOrder shows nutrition and allergy information based on the ingredient data entered in the app. Always check restaurant information directly if you have a serious allergy, medical diet, or food safety concern.
