Najat — Help in the Hardest Hours is a free disaster-relief coordination app. Citizens can post needs (food, water, medicine, rescue, shelter), volunteers can respond, and organizations can share shelters and donation drop-off points. The app contains no ads, no in-app purchases, and no paid features. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.
Najat collects only the data needed to operate its relief-coordination features:
Your data is stored in Google Firebase and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.
Najat uses the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
The "About" screen includes an optional Send Feedback form. No message is sent unless you tap Send. If you submit feedback, your message — plus a short technical footer (app version, Android version, device model) — is delivered to the developer through the Web3Forms relay (privacy policy) to www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com. Providing your email is optional and used only so the developer can reply.
You can permanently delete your account and profile at any time from within the app: open Profile → Delete Account. This removes your user profile and signs you out. You may also request deletion by contacting us at the email below.
Najat is a community relief-coordination tool. It does not replace emergency services and does not dispatch responders. In a life-threatening emergency, always call your local emergency number first.
Najat is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
