Privacy Policy — Muddakir
1) Who we are
Muddakir: Answer the call is provided by Saifullah Ahad ("we", "us", "our"). Our website/portfolio is: https://saifullah.ai.
2) What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains what information Muddakir (the "App") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Muddakir is a Quran companion for Android that lets you listen to all 114 Surahs with bundled audio and read each chapter in English, Arabic, or Bangla.
3) Information the app collects
Muddakir does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information during normal use. The full Quran audio library and chapter text ship inside the app and are read directly from device storage. No account, sign-in, or profile is required. No analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs are integrated.
The only situation in which any information leaves your device is described in Section 4 below (the optional Send Feedback feature) — and only after you tap Send yourself.
4) Optional in-app feedback messages
Muddakir's About screen includes a Send Feedback option. This feature is fully user-initiated — no message is ever sent unless you tap Send.
If you submit feedback:
- Your message text is delivered to the developer's email inbox.
- Your email address is optional. If you provide it, it is used solely so the developer can reply. If you leave it blank, the message is delivered anonymously and the developer cannot reply.
- A short technical footer is auto-attached to help reproduce bugs: app name, app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model. No identifiers, contacts, account data, or content from inside the app are included.
The message is sent to a third-party email-relay service, Web3Forms (privacy policy: https://web3forms.com/privacy), which delivers it to www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com. Web3Forms processes the submission only to relay it; we do not use it for any other purpose. Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).
5) Third-party services
Muddakir uses one third-party service, and only when you tap Send on the feedback form:
- Web3Forms — relays your optional feedback message to the developer's email. Privacy policy.
The app does not use Firebase, Google Analytics, AdMob, Crashlytics, or any other analytics, advertising, or tracking SDK.
6) Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Information is shared only in this case:
- Web3Forms relay: your message text and (if provided) your email address are sent to Web3Forms so it can deliver them to the developer.
- Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
7) Data retention
Feedback messages are retained in the developer's email inbox for as long as they remain useful for support and product improvement. You can request deletion of any feedback message and its reply thread by emailing www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com from the same address you used to send the original message.
8) Permissions used
Muddakir requests one Android permission:
- Internet: Used only when you tap Send on the optional feedback form. The app does not make any other network calls. The Quran audio and chapter text are bundled inside the APK and load from local storage.
The app does not request Camera, Microphone, Contacts, Location, Storage, Notifications, or any other permission.
9) Your choices and controls
- Send Feedback: optional — leave the email field blank to send anonymously, or skip the feature entirely.
- Uninstall: uninstalling the app removes the audio library, chapter text, and any locally cached settings from your device.
- Deletion of feedback messages: email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com to have a feedback message and its reply thread deleted.
10) Security
Feedback submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to Web3Forms. Beyond that, the app makes no network calls, so there is no other transmission to secure. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11) Children's privacy
Muddakir is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not contain user-to-user chat, advertising, or in-app purchases.
12) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at https://privacy.saifullah.ai/Muddakir and update the effective date above.
