This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use Mahd (the "App").

3) Information stored by the app

Mahd lets you manually save baby profiles, feeding logs, diaper logs, sleep records, growth notes, health notes, reminder settings, and optional care notes. This information is stored locally on your device.

Mahd does not create accounts, does not use analytics, does not use ads, does not include in-app purchases, and does not request internet access. The app does not transmit your baby care records to us or to third parties.

4) Permissions

• Notifications: Used only if you enable local feeding, diaper, or bedtime reminders.
• Run at startup: Used only to restore enabled local reminders after your device restarts.

5) How information is used

• Show saved baby profiles, care history, daily summaries, and charts inside the app.
• Create a shareable text report when you choose to share one.
• Schedule local reminder notifications if you enable reminders.

6) Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. Mahd does not send your saved baby care log to any server. If you use the share report feature, you choose the app or person that receives the report.

7) Data retention and deletion

Your records remain on your device until you delete them. You can clear all saved data from inside Mahd. You can also remove local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage in Android settings.

8) Health notice

Mahd is a personal baby care log only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For health concerns, fever, dehydration signs, feeding problems, medicine questions, or emergencies, contact a qualified health professional or local emergency services.

9) Security

Mahd keeps its data in local app storage provided by Android. Device-level protections such as your screen lock, device encryption, and Android app sandboxing help protect local data on your device.

10) Children's privacy

Mahd is intended for parents and caregivers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
