1. Who We Are

Kinemesh is provided by Saifullah Ahad ("we", "us", "our"). Our website is https://saifullah.ai.

2. What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Kinemesh handles information when you use the app's augmented reality physics features and optional feedback form.

3. Information The App Uses

Kinemesh uses the following information to provide its features:

• Camera input: used for the live AR camera view, ARCore tracking, depth sensing, and surface understanding.
• Device motion and ARCore tracking data: used while the AR session is active so virtual objects can align with real surfaces.
• Generated scan and mesh data: used locally during the active AR session for reconstruction and physics collision.
• Local preferences: for example, whether the first-run instruction card has been dismissed.
• Optional feedback: message text and optional email address only if you choose to submit feedback from the About screen.

4. Camera Permission

Camera permission is required because Kinemesh displays a live AR view and uses ARCore to understand nearby surfaces. The AR experience cannot work without camera access.

5. Local AR Processing

Camera frames, depth data, generated room meshes, and physics state are processed on your device for the live AR session. Kinemesh does not require an account and does not upload camera images, room scans, generated meshes, or physics scene data to a server.

6. Optional Feedback

Kinemesh includes a Send feedback option on the About screen. This feature is fully user-initiated. No feedback is sent unless you type a message and tap Send.

If you submit feedback:

• Your message text is delivered to the developer's email inbox.
• Your email address is optional. If provided, it is used only so the developer can reply.
• A short technical footer is attached to help reproduce bugs: app name, app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model.

Feedback is sent through Web3Forms, a third-party email relay service. Web3Forms privacy policy: https://web3forms.com/privacy. Transmission uses HTTPS encryption.

7. Data Sharing

Kinemesh does not sell personal data. The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social networking features, chat, public profiles, or cloud sync. Optional feedback is shared with Web3Forms only when you submit it.

8. Retention and Deletion

On-device AR session data is transient and used for the active app experience. Feedback messages are retained only as needed to review, respond to, and resolve the submitted request. You can request deletion of feedback you sent by emailing www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.

9. Children

Kinemesh is not designed for children and is not directed to children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction. The app does not include user-generated content, public sharing, chat, or profiles.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Optional feedback is transmitted over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit data collection to what is needed for the app features described above.

11. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at this page with a new effective date.
