This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use DocuFlow (the "App"). DocuFlow is a document workflow, form filling, PDF handling, and approval management app for Android.
3) Information we collect
DocuFlow stores all workflow data locally on your device. The app does not transmit your documents, form data, or workflow records to any external servers.
- Information you provide: Workflow titles, descriptions, form field values, comments, and signatures — all stored locally on your device using Room (SQLite) database.
- Documents and attachments: PDFs, images, and files you attach to workflows are stored in the app's internal storage on your device.
- Device & technical data: Device model, OS version, and app version may be used locally for compatibility purposes only.
4) Permissions used by the app
DocuFlow requests only the following permission:
- Internet — Declared for standard Android functionality. The app does not send your data to any external server.
No camera, location, contacts, storage (beyond Android 10 scoped storage), or any other sensitive permissions are requested.
5) How we use information
- Provide and manage document workflow features (create, fill, route, approve, archive).
- Store workflow records, form data, attachments, comments, and signature data locally on your device.
- Maintain status tracking and activity history for each workflow item.
6) Sharing and disclosure
DocuFlow does not share, sell, or transmit any personal information or workflow data to third parties.
The app does not include:
- Analytics SDKs or tracking services
- Advertising networks
- Crash reporting services
- Authentication providers or social logins
- Cloud storage or backup services
All data processing happens locally on your device. No data leaves your device through this app.
7) Data retention
All workflow data, documents, and settings are stored locally on your device. Data is retained until you delete the app or clear its data through Android system settings.
8) Your choices and controls
- Data deletion: Uninstall the app or clear app data through Android Settings → Apps → DocuFlow → Storage → Clear Data. This removes all local data permanently.
- Permissions: You can manage app permissions through Android Settings at any time.
- Settings: The app includes settings for display preferences, notification behavior, and archive controls.
9) Security
All data is stored locally on your device using Android's sandboxed app storage. Other apps cannot access DocuFlow's data. The app uses Android's built-in security model for data isolation.
10) Children's privacy
DocuFlow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since all data is stored locally and no data is transmitted to any server, there is no mechanism for collecting information from any user remotely.
11) International transfers
Since DocuFlow does not transmit any data to external servers, there are no international data transfers.
12) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on our website at https://saifullah.ai and update the effective date above.
