About This App

CADENCE (Wear OS) is a smartwatch app designed for interval training and workout tracking. It works independently on Wear OS and may optionally sync data with a companion phone app.

CADENCE (Wear OS) collects only the data required for workout functionality:

  • Workout data (intervals, duration, steps, calories)
  • Heart rate data (from the smartwatch sensors)
  • Activity data (walking, running, workouts)
  • Temporary sync data when connected to a phone

Permissions Used

  • Bluetooth - to sync with a phone (optional)
  • Notifications - for interval alerts and cues

All permissions are used only during active workouts.

Data Retention

  • Workout data remains until you delete it
  • Uninstalling the app removes all stored data

Your Rights

You can:

  • View your workout data on the watch
  • Delete workouts at any time
  • Stop data collection by stopping a workout
  • Remove all data by uninstalling the app

Children's Privacy

CADENCE (Wear OS) is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
