1) Who we are

2) What CircuitDocket does
CircuitDocket is a local record-keeping tool for documenting electrical panel labels, circuit-to-room relationships, fixture observations, estimated nameplate loads, and outage clues.
Safety scope: CircuitDocket is not an electrical code calculator, diagnostic instrument, or substitute for a licensed electrician. Never remove a panel cover or touch conductors. Follow local rules and use only accessible controls when permitted.
3) Information kept on your device
You may choose to save property and panel labels, breaker slots, circuit names, room and fixture names, observation outcomes, notes, amperage, voltage, pole counts, and estimated wattage. These records stay in CircuitDocket's private app storage.
CircuitDocket has no accounts, developer-operated server, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, crash-reporting SDK, or cross-app tracking.
4) No developer collection or sharing
CircuitDocket does not collect, receive, sell, rent, or share personal information or app records. The app does not request INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, location, camera, microphone, contacts, or broad storage access.
5) Import, export, and selected files
JSON imports and PDF, CSV, or encrypted-backup exports use Android's system document picker. The app can access only the file or destination you select; it does not scan your storage or upload files. Files saved outside the app are controlled by you and the destination app or storage provider.
An imported worksheet replaces the current workspace only after CircuitDocket reads and validates it. Encrypted backups use a password you provide; the developer cannot recover that password.
6) Feedback email
The optional feedback action opens an external email app addressed to the public support email. CircuitDocket does not send email itself and receives nothing unless you choose to send a message. Your email provider's privacy terms apply.
7) Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you clear the workspace in the app, clear CircuitDocket storage in Android Settings, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling does not remove files you exported elsewhere; delete those separately from their saved location.
8) Security
App records are stored in Android's private app storage. Optional backups are encrypted with AES-GCM using a key derived from the password you enter. Device security, exported files, and external apps remain subject to their own protections. No storage method is completely risk-free.
9) Children's privacy
CircuitDocket is a household documentation utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children because the app sends no personal information to the developer.
10) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the app or legal requirements change. The current version will remain at privacy.saifullah.ai/CircuitDocket.html with a revised effective date.
