1) Who we are
ChakriOrbit is provided by SAIFULLAH ("we", "us", "our"). Our website/portfolio is: https://saifullah.ai.
2) What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use ChakriOrbit (the "App").
3) Information we collect
ChakriOrbit collects minimal information to provide its core features:
- Device identifier: A randomly generated ID stored on your device, used to associate saved jobs and preferences. This is not linked to your identity.
- App preferences: Your selected language, notification preferences, and onboarding choices, stored locally on your device using DataStore.
- Saved jobs: Jobs you save are stored locally on your device and synced with our server using your device identifier.
- Saved searches: Filter combinations you save for job alerts, stored locally and on our server.
- Job reports: If you report a job posting, the report includes the job ID, your device identifier, and the reason you provided.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, photos, contacts, or any other personal information. No user account or sign-in is required.
4) How we use information
- Provide core features: saving jobs, creating job alerts, and syncing preferences across sessions.
- Process job reports to help maintain listing quality.
- Deliver push notifications for job alerts you create (only if you grant notification permission).
5) Third-party services
ChakriOrbit does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
The app communicates only with our own API server hosted on Render.com to fetch job listings and sync saved data. Our server uses Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data storage.

6) Permissions
ChakriOrbit requests only the following Android permissions:
- Internet (INTERNET): Required to fetch job listings from our server and sync saved data.
- Network state (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Used to check if the device has an internet connection before making requests.
- Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Optional. Used only to send job alert notifications that you create. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in Android settings.
ChakriOrbit does not request access to your camera, location, contacts, storage, microphone, or any other sensitive permissions.
7) Data retention
Your saved jobs, preferences, and saved searches are stored locally on your device and on our server. Server-side data is associated only with your random device identifier (not your identity). You can delete all your data from within the app at any time using Settings > Delete My Data.
8) Your choices and controls
- Notification permission: You can allow or deny notification permission in Android settings at any time.
- Delete data: Use Settings > Delete My Data within the app to remove all saved jobs, searches, and preferences.
- Uninstall: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
9) Security
All network communication between the app and our server uses HTTPS encryption. We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect information stored on our server. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
10) Children's privacy
ChakriOrbit is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at https://privacy.saifullah.ai/ChakriOrbit and update the effective date above.
