Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

CareSignal is an offline care check-in planning app. It helps users prepare short plans for daily check-ins, helper handoffs, medicine pickup, child after-school handoffs, post-clinic recovery nights, disabled-neighbor backup, and shared-household sick days. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

2. Data Stored by the App

CareSignal does not require an account. Care plans are stored locally on your device when you choose to create them. This can include:

• Plan title, care need, timing, who needs support, situation notes, dignity notes, and where care happens.
• Helper labels, checklist steps, message drafts, safety notes, next action, and status.
• Plan timestamps used to organize the dashboard.

This planning data is not uploaded to the developer by the app. If you use Android's copy or share actions, you choose where the shared text goes.

3. Optional Feedback

If you open the About Developer screen, write feedback, and tap Send, CareSignal sends that message through Web3Forms to the developer contact email. If you provide an email address for a reply, that email address is included in the feedback message.

4. Permissions and Services

• Internet and network state: used only for optional feedback submission.
• Web3Forms: used only when you send feedback.
• Android share sheet: used only when you tap Copy or Share.

CareSignal does not include ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, push notifications, accounts, or cloud sync.

5. Data Sharing

CareSignal does not automatically share care plans. You control any copy/share action. Optional feedback is sent to the developer only when you submit it.

6. Retention and Deletion

Local care plans remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. To request deletion of feedback messages, email www.saifullah.ai@gmail.com.

7. Children's Privacy

CareSignal is a general care planning tool and does not ask children to create accounts or submit personal data. If a caregiver uses the app for a child handoff plan, the care plan stays on the device unless the user chooses to share text through Android.

8. Important Safety Note

CareSignal does not monitor health, detect emergencies, send alerts, contact helpers, replace medical advice, or call emergency services. If there is immediate danger, contact emergency services or a trusted in-person helper now.
