Privacy Policy Al-Ard
World Atlas & Geography Encyclopedia
Your atlas activity stays on your device. Network access is used for public data updates and feedback you choose to send.

This information is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data.
Atlas Data Updates
The App periodically checks al-ard-data.pages.dev, hosted on Cloudflare Pages, for newer public country datasets and may download updated JSON files. These requests do not contain your saved places, learning activity, quiz history, or other app content. As with any internet request, the hosting provider may process ordinary connection information such as an IP address under its own privacy practices.
Optional Feedback
If you tap "Send feedback" in the About screen and submit a message, the message text is sent to the third-party email-relay service Web3Forms (privacy policy), which delivers it to the developer's email inbox.
A short technical footer is automatically attached to help reproduce bugs: app name, app version, Android version, device manufacturer, and device model. No contacts, account data, identifiers from inside the App, saved places, or learning content are sent.
Your email address is optional. If provided, it is used only so the developer can reply. If left blank, the message is delivered without an email address and the developer cannot reply. Nothing is sent unless you tap Send.
You may request deletion of feedback you submitted by contacting the developer at the address below.
Third-Party Services
The App uses Cloudflare Pages for public atlas-data updates and Web3Forms only for user-initiated feedback. It does not include analytics, advertising, social-tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs.
Children's Privacy
The App is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Core atlas and learning activity stays on the device. A parent or guardian may contact the developer about any feedback submitted by a child.
Permissions
Al-Ard uses the normal Internet and Network state permissions for public data updates and user-initiated feedback. It does not request sensitive runtime permissions such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage access.
Data Retention
Everything Al-Ard records stays on your device. We do not store or retain your data on any server, so there is nothing for us to keep, share or delete. On the device your entries stay until you delete them in the app, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall Al-Ard — Android removes the app’s private data when it is uninstalled. We keep no backups of your content, no analytics profiles and no advertising identifiers.
Policy Updates
If this privacy policy changes in the future, the updated version will be published on this page with a new update date.
